Key Responsibilities
The Senior Key Account Manager is responsible for owning the full commercial lifecycle of assigned APPLIANCE key accounts, from strategy to execution.
Key Account Execution & Growth
• Execute global APPLIANCE account plans and local China objectives for assigned OEM customers
• Deliver agreed revenue, volume, and design win targets.
• Support acquisition and commercialization of projects in residential, commercial, and industrial APPLIANCE
Customer & Account Management
• Manage day to day commercial relationships with APPLIANCE OEM customers across R&D, purchasing, and product management.
• Serve as the main local commercial contact, ensuring timely follow‑up, execution and issue resolution.
• Support pricing discussions, RFQs, quality cases and contract implementation in line with global policies.
Technical & Value-Based Selling
• Understand customer applications and translate product features into clear, practical customer value.
• Work closely with Field Application Engineers in China to support technical discussions, sampling, and design‑ins.
• Track projects from quotation through SOP, ensuring execution discipline and documentation.
Cross-Functional & Local Coordination
• Coordinate with local Sales, Global Market Management and Product Management for smooth project execution.
• Represent customer needs internally to support execution and prioritization.
• Effectively leverage and manage distribution partners in alignment with account priorities, pricing, and service expectations.

Your Profile
We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional who combines strong business acumen with technical understanding and thrives in a fast-paced, competitive B2B environment.
Required Experience & Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field. Technical background preferred. MBA is a plus.
• Experience:
o Minimum 3–10 years of proven experience in key account management, strategic sales, or business development
o Strong exposure to APPLIANCE, building technologies, Appliances, or industrial electronics in a B2B environment is preferred
o Demonstrated success managing large OEM customers and complex sales cycles in China
• Commercial Leadership: Strong negotiation skills, structured account planning, and experience driving profitable growth.
• Communication & Influence: Ability to engage credibly with both technical and commercial stakeholders, internally and externally.
• Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
