- Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a smooth and welcoming transition.
- Support hiring managers with workforce planning and talent needs.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Performance & Development
- Support performance review cycles and help managers implement development plans.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning initiatives.
- Track and report on training completion and development metrics.
