Sourcing Manager - Speakers/Laptop/Smarthome
Job Summary:
A sourcing manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing supplier relationships to ensure the company's procurement needs are met. The manager also oversees negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance to maintain business relationships that yield measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers through market research and benchmarking.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal results for the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure procurement requirements are met.
Develop and implement strategies to manage supplier relationships that support business objectives.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to contract terms and service level agreements.
Identify areas of supplier performance improvement and implement corrective actions.
Oversee the development and execution of contract agreements and amendments.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of supplier relationships and sourcing decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
Experience with sourcing software and tools.
