Strategic Leadership

Retail Channel Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with major retailers, distributors, and e-commerce partners.
Drive sell-in and sell-out activities, promotional campaigns, and merchandising initiatives.
Monitor retail performance metrics and optimize channel profitability.
Project Channel Management
Lead business development with property developers, contractors, architects, and consultants.
Secure large-scale project deals (residential, commercial, hospitality) by positioning product solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules to meet project requirements.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team across both channels.
Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Financial & Operational Management
Own the sales budget, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and margin targets.
Collaborate with supply chain and operations to ensure timely product availability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
