EC Manager
Role Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement EC strategies for China biz to grow online presence and achieve profitability target.
• Develop and implement new biz model to optimize biz performance.
• Coordinate with MKT,SP,platforms to develop and manage the product plan, optimize online portfolio and availability to customers.
• Coordinate with MKT team to manage online visual merchandising display, initiate and implement online MKT/promotion and special events, and support cross-channel MKT activities according to the market/sales budgets.
• Supervise EC platform to ensure overall consistency with brand image manage and promote EC customer service (pre and after sales) and operations to achieve customer satisfaction and retention.
• In charge of commercial negotiation, contracting and pricing strategy, leverage resources between different partners/dealers.
Qualifications & Experience
• +8 years EC experience in major brand name, multinational companies, preferable in a similar organization i wine and spirit industry or FMCG category.
• Solid MKT and sales experience and knowledge in wine and spirit industry for FMCG industry;
• With a proven track record on achieving biz and sales goals, experience in wholesaler management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, passionate, creative, with excellent communication and presentation skills as well as high integrity and honesty.
• Sound planning and strategic thinking ability.
